COLUMBUS — Ohio State is preparing for its biggest challenge since September's trip to Texas, and the Buckeyes have released their latest game trailer ahead of Saturday's showdown with Indiana. This time, there's more than just an unbeaten Big Ten record at stake.
The fourth-ranked Buckeyes travel to Bloomington to face the fifth-ranked Hoosiers in a rematch of last season's Big Ten Championship Game, when Indiana defeated Ohio State, 13-10, before going on to win the national championship.
Ohio State enters Saturday's matchup at 5-1 overall and 3-0 in Big Ten play, having won four consecutive games since its narrow loss to Texas. The Buckeyes are coming off a convincing 45-16 victory over Maryland in which they outgained the Terrapins 449-146.
Indiana, meanwhile, remains undefeated at 6-0 and has won 22 consecutive games dating back to last season. Quarterback Josh Hoover has thrown 17 touchdown passes without an interception, leading an offense averaging more than 40 points per game.
The matchup will also mark the first time Memorial Stadium has hosted a game between two top-five teams, adding another layer of anticipation to an already significant conference showdown.
For Ohio State, Saturday presents an opportunity to avenge last season's championship loss, remain unbeaten in conference play, and strengthen its position in the national rankings. The Buckeyes and Hoosiers kick off at noon ET on FOX.
