CINCINNATI — The Cincinnati Bengals return to Paycor Stadium on Sunday afternoon looking for their third consecutive victory when they host the Tennessee Titans. Cincinnati enters at 4-2 following an impressive comeback against Baltimore, while Tennessee comes to town with a 1-6 record.
The Bengals are coming off a 35-13 victory over the Ravens in which they scored all 35 points in the second half. Joe Burrow threw four touchdown passes and has now thrown eight touchdowns without an interception over his past two games.
The Bengals could also benefit from Tennessee's decision to trade defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons to Chicago earlier in the week. Without Simmons anchoring the middle of the defensive line, Cincinnati should establish its running game with Chase Brown and Samaje Perine.
Tennessee has struggled offensively, averaging just 15.4 points per game, but the Titans nearly upset Cleveland last Sunday before losing 27-24. Running back Tony Pollard rushed for 129 yards and three touchdowns in that contest, making him a priority for Cincinnati's defense.
The Titans will be without rookie receiver Carnell Tate, their leading receiver, because of a shoulder injury. Running back Tyjae Spears and punter Tommy Townsend have also been ruled out, while receiver Calvin Ridley is questionable. Those absences could complicate an already tough assignment for quarterback Cam Ward.
Cincinnati will be without safety Kyle Dugger, while linebacker Joe Giles-Harris is questionable. The Bengals will need to contain Pollard and make Ward uncomfortable, but their offensive gives them an opportunity to control the game at home.

Prediction
The Bengals should handle most of this game behind Burrow's passing attack and an effective ground game. Tennessee may keep things reasonably close early, but Cincinnati should gradually take command and pull away for a comfortable victory.
